I create public programs where science and art meet. Much of this work has been made during my years on the programming team at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn. Since 2019, I've produced its signature science series, including Scientific Controversies, Science vs Fiction, and Science & Society, cultivating a platform for Nobel laureates, leading scientists, and major cultural voices, among them Werner Herzog and Sir Roger Penrose as well as N.K. Jemisin, Jennifer Egan, Michael Pollan, and Gloria Steinem. From makeshift to mainstage, I help bring great thinkers and ambitious ideas to my community—in service of sustainability, human imagination, creativity, and cultural leadership.
