I am a good listener who believes that stories often contain more truths than facts do. I enjoy the arts, movement, photography, music, and the outdoors. I left home at an early age to explore the world and have since participated in and contributed to far-flung and prestigious arts and education programs. As an individual traveler and in collaboration with small groups, I’ve developed and participated in trips built on long-term relationships, local engagement, and carefully crafted itineraries. I have brought a hands-on approach to language learning, held various positions on projects for a number of incredible organizations, and produced content across media, including a podcast, live events, television, video, and exhibitions. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading experts in fields, such as space sciences, climate science, gender studies, communication and multimedia storytelling, and am tuned towards amplifying voices and stories often unheard in our complex society and culture. Currently, I’m based in Brooklyn, NY, collaboratively creating and curating new or experimental public and digital engagement, partnership, and programming initiatives serving general or specific audiences at Pioneer Works.
